GrowHealthy provides free statewide delivery with no minimum order amount.
Placing a delivery order on growhealthy.com is easy!
When entering the website through the age gate, select delivery and enter your zip code.
If you’re a regular patient and no longer see the age gate, select change at the top of the screen, select delivery, and enter your zip code.
Once you’ve selected your products and clicked checkout, you’ll be rerouted to the checkout screen. This screen will show you the delivery hub that services your zip code. GrowHealthy deliveries are routed through five delivery hubs. Some of these delivery hubs are also dispensaries.
On this screen, you’ll select a delivery date and time window. Currently, deliveries can be scheduled up to six days in advance. When a day reaches delivery capacity, the message “no times available” will appear. If this message is encountered, please select a different day. If all six days show “no times available,” delivery is currently at capacity for this delivery hub for the next six days. Please try to place the order again tomorrow or switch to shopping for in-store pickup.
Soon after placing an online delivery order, a confirmation email is sent.
When your delivery is scheduled, you’ll receive a text message providing your delivery date and estimated timeframe. As a reminder, this is an estimated timeframe, and it is subject to change. If your delivery timeframe changes, you will be contacted by a delivery team member via phone to make you aware.
When a delivery order is scheduled, patient allotment will be put on hold for all items included in the order. This allotment will be deducted when the order is successfully delivered.
When the driver starts your delivery, you’ll receive a text message. If the driver starts your delivery and is more than 30-minutes away, you’ll receive a text message when they are 30-minutes out.
When the driver arrives at your location, you’ll receive another text message.
After your order is successfully delivered, you’ll receive a final text message and can rate your experience and provide feedback.
Patients can now select their preferred delivery date and timeframe. Therefore, orders cannot be rescheduled. If you are unable to accept your delivery at your originally requested date and time, please cancel your order by contacting our Patient Care Team by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or calling 800.619.5288. After your original delivery order is canceled, you’ll need to place a new delivery order and select a new preferred delivery date and timeframe.
